FloraPodium On Tour @ IPM 2019

In January FloraPodium was On Tour at the IPM in Essen. With no less than 1546 exhibitors, this is the largest flower and plant show in the world. An excellent opportunity for the FloraPodium to present itself in this world.

Especially for the IPM we had invited the Dutch 'Rose Brandt' platform; a partnership between the Dutch rose growers and breeders. Beautiful vases, filled with Dutch roses, attracted many visitors to our stand. We were happy to tell them what FloraPodium is and what it stands for.

A few weeks ago we started a partnership with a number of Dutch schools, with FloraPodium offering a Mysterybox every other week. In this box we supply flowers with an accompanying piece of information. In this way, we give pupils the opportunity to work with beautiful and special products. They then process these flowers in a nice presentation or flower arrangement.

We presented the brand new concept of the Mysterybox at the IPM. This week the box contained a bunch of Dutch roses, Equador roses, a special spray rose from Kenya and a green rose branch (Rosa Smeralda) from southern Italy.

This scoop attracted many teachers from various florist courses from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and England. This made the IPM for FloraPodium a very successful exhibition, with many registrations for the Florapodium newsletter and the Mysterybox.
